在開始安裝之前,請務必仔細閱讀所有說明,以確保安裝過程正確且安全。如有任何疑問,請諮詢製造商或專業技師。

Ensure that the suspension set you have received is the correct model for your specific vehicle and intended application. 扭力規範(Torque Specifications)

正確的扭力設定對於行車安全與避震性能至關重要。
扭力不足可能導致固定件鬆脫,扭力過大則可能造成零件損壞或變形。

請務必依照製造商所規定之扭力數值進行安裝,並使用經校正之扭力扳手操作。

Using the correct torque specs is essential for safety and performance. Proper torque ensures fasteners are secure without damaging parts. Too loose can cause failure; too tight can damage components. Always follow the manufacturer’s specs and use a torque wrench. 扭力規範摘要:

  • 氣缸(Chrome cylinder)與外殼(Outer case):30NM = 22 FT-LBS
  • 彈簧托盤(Spring platform):3-5 Nm / 2-4 ft-lbs(請勿過緊)
  • 拉桿固定支架(Stab bracket):20-25 Nm / 15-18 ft-lbs
  • 前軸中心螺帽(Center nut):
    • M14 = 80-100 NM = 59-74 FT-LBS
    • M12 = 60-80 NM = 44-59- FT-LBS
    • M10 = 30-50 NM = 22-37 FT-LBS
  • 法蘭螺帽(Flange nuts):
    • M8 = 20-25 NM = 15-18 FT-LBS
    • M10 = 25-30 NM = 18-22 FT-LBS
  • 上座螺絲(Top mount bolts):M6 = 20-25 NM = 15-18 FT-LBS
  • 後軸中心螺帽(Rear center nut):

車高與彈簧預載設定(SET RIDE HEIGHT)

本公司避震器套件出廠時皆未預設彈簧預載

在將車輛放置回地面前,請先透過旋轉彈簧托盤向上施加足夠的彈簧預載,以支撐車身重量並建立初始車高。

建議流程如下:

  1. 先設定足夠預載

  2. 將車輛放至地面

  3. 測量初始車高

  4. 視需求逐步調整預載,以達到最終理想車高

SET RIDE HEIGHT

Before lowering the vehicle to the ground, make sure to apply preload to the springs. Our kits are delivered without any preload set. By turning the preload ring upwards, you increase the spring preload, which in turn adjusts the ride height.

Ensure that the preload is set high enough before the vehicle is placed on the ground for the first time. This allows you to measure the initial ride height accurately and then reduce the preload as needed to achieve the correct final ride height.

注意:請勿過度鎖緊(DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN!)

彈簧托盤與防傾桿支架(若有安裝)必須嚴格依照指定扭力值鎖緊

過度鎖緊可能導致避震筒本體受壓變形,進而造成內部結構損壞,影響避震性能及產品壽命。

請務必使用扭力扳手操作,並遵循原廠建議之扭力規範,以確保正確安裝並避免不必要的損壞。

DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN!

It is extremely important to tighten both the spring platform and the anti-roll bar bracket (if installed) according to the specified torque values. Applying excessive torque when fastening these components can compress or deform the damper cylinder, which may lead to internal damage and negatively affect the performance and lifespan of the suspension. Always use a calibrated torque wrench and follow the manufacturer’s recommended torque settings to ensure proper installation and avoid costly repairs.

輪圈與避震器間隙檢查

在將車輛放回地面前,請確認輪圈與避震器、彈簧及相關固定支架之間具有足夠間隙。

在某些車型或使用原廠輪圈時,可能需要加裝輪圈墊片(Spacer)以避免干涉。
請確保輪圈(包含輪胎)與避震器之間最少保留 5 mm 的安全間隙

同時請於左右轉動方向盤時檢查所有可動範圍,確認轉向過程中無任何零件接觸、摩擦或夾擠情況。

若無法確認間隙是否充足,請勿駕駛車輛,並於排除問題後再行駛使用。

CHECK FOR CLEARANCE

Before lowering the vehicle to the ground, carefully verify that the wheel fits properly. In some cases, especially with OEM wheels, you may need to use a spacer to ensure that the wheel does not come into contact with the shock absorber, spring, or any of the mounting brackets. It is crucial to maintain a minimum clearance of at least 5 mm between the wheel (rim and tire) and the shock absorber at all times.

Additionally, check for clearance while turning the steering wheel. Make sure that no components are making contact or getting pinched during steering movement. This will help prevent damage to suspension parts and avoid any potential safety issues while driving.

If you are unsure whether there is sufficient clearance or if any parts may be making contact, do not drive the vehicle. Driving under uncertain conditions increases the risk of damage to your suspension, wheels, or other components, and may compromise your safety. Always double-check and resolve any clearance issues before operating the vehicle.

Quick Disconnect 快拆接頭(如適用)

若產品配備 Quick Disconnect 快拆接頭,請務必在將車輛放回地面前完成所有接頭連接。

在快拆接頭未連接的情況下,避震器內部油液無法正常循環,若將車輛放下,可能造成內部壓力異常升高,導致油封或內部零件損壞。

請確認所有快拆接頭已完全連接並固定後,方可將車輛放回地面。

CONNECT YOUR QUICK DISCONNECTS!

Never lower the vehicle to the ground with the Quick Disconnects disconnected, if your setup includes them. When the Quick Disconnects are not connected, the fluid inside the shock absorber has no place to flow. Lowering the vehicle in this condition can cause excessive pressure inside the damper, potentially damaging seals and other internal components.

Always ensure that all Quick Disconnects are fully connected and secured before setting the vehicle back down. This will help prevent costly damage and ensure the suspension system functions correctly.

外掛式氮氣瓶與油管配置(如適用)

安裝具外掛式氮氣瓶之避震器時,請特別注意油管配置與固定方式。

油管必須:

  • 不得被夾擠

  • 不得與任何零件摩擦

  • 可隨懸吊作動與轉向自由活動

建議於避震器 **Banjo Bolt(油管接頭螺栓)**處,使用固定夾或束帶固定油管,以避免接頭持續旋轉並降低接頭應力,延長使用壽命。

FIX AND CHECK HOSES

When installing suspension kits with an external reservoir, carefully inspect the routing of the hose leading to the reservoir. Ensure that the hose is not pinched between components and does not rub against any surfaces, as this could lead to premature wear or damage.

Keep in mind that the hose must be able to move freely as the suspension compresses and extends, and during steering if applicable. To reduce stress and movement at the connection point, it is recommended to secure the hose where it attaches to the shock absorber’s banjo bolt—using a cable tie or similar fastener. This helps prevent the banjo fitting from rotating and improves the overall service life of the component.

  • 產品表面可能殘留少量組裝潤滑油,安裝前請清潔所有接觸表面。
  • The shock absorber may have light oil or assembly grease from production. Clean all surfaces before installation.
  •  請確保車輛安全且穩固地舉升,可使用合格的維修舉升機或正確放置的千斤頂架。切勿在僅由千斤頂支撐的情況下進行作業。
  •  Make sure the vehicle is lifted safely and securely, either on a certified workshop lift or with properly positioned jack stands. Never work under a vehicle supported only by a jack.
  • 安裝前請徹底清潔車輛,移除施工區域的灰塵、油污與雜質,以確保良好安裝品質並避免零件污染。
  •  Clean the vehicle thoroughly before starting the installation to remove dirt, grease, and debris from the working areas. This helps ensure proper fitment and prevents contamination of components.
  • 務必使用正確且指定的工具進行拆裝,以避免零件損壞並確保施工安全。
  • Always use the correct tools specified for removal and installation to avoid damaging components and ensure a safe, proper fit.
  • 請勿使用氣動或電動衝擊工具鎖緊活塞桿上的螺帽,也請避免活塞桿接觸任何尖銳或堅硬工具。因不當操作造成的損壞將不在保固範圍內。
  • Do not use impact tools to tighten nuts on the piston rods. Avoid contact between the piston rod and any sharp or hard tools to prevent damage. Any damage caused by improper handling will not be covered under warranty.
  • 拆卸原廠避震器時,請依照車輛製造商所規定的程序進行,並參考官方維修手冊。
  • Remove the struts following the specific procedures outlined in the vehicle manufacturer’s instructions. Always refer to the official service manual to ensure safe and correct removal.
  • 請勿過度鎖緊彈簧座或防傾桿支架,過大的鎖緊力道可能導致避震筒變形與性能受損。
  • Do not overtighten the spring platform or the anti-roll bar bracket. Excessive tightening can compress and deform the damper cylinder, leading to damage and impaired performance. Tighten only to the specified torque values.
  • 再次確認輪圈與避震器之間有足夠間隙,必要時請使用墊片。
  • Check for sufficient clearance to ensure the wheel fits properly without contacting the damper. In some cases, especially when using OEM wheels, spacers may be required to achieve the correct fitment.
  • 配備 Quick Disconnect 的套件,請務必在車輛放回地面前先將儲油筒與避震器連接完成。
  • For sets equipped with our Quick Disconnects, always connect the reservoir to the damper before lowering the vehicle to the ground. Failing to do so can cause serious damage to the suspension components.
  • 所有套件出廠皆未設定預載,請在放下車輛前先設定足夠的彈簧預載。
  • Our sets come without any preload applied. Be sure to set sufficient preload on the spring before lowering the vehicle to the ground.
  • 油管配置時請避免彎折或與可動零件摩擦,並可使用束帶或固定夾將油管固定於避震器上,以防止 Banjo Bolt 持續轉動。
  • When routing the hoses, ensure they do not kink or rub against any moving parts. To prevent the banjo bolt from rotating continuously, you can secure the hose to the damper using a clamp or a tie-wrap.

【安裝/操作注意事項|調整旋鈕】

嚴禁直接讓調整旋鈕位置撞擊地面。
此行為將造成調整旋鈕本體毀損,影響調整功能與使用壽命。

Never let the adjuster knob hit the ground.
Doing so will result in damage to the adjuster knob.
【扭力磅數注意事項|避震器前軸】
在調整或安裝避震器時,扭力設定非常重要,過緊或過鬆都可能影響作動與零件壽命。

♦ 避震器前軸
•彈簧托盤 扭力磅數:3-5 Nm
•拉桿固定支架 扭力磅數:20-25 Nm

♦扭力過大:可能損壞螺紋,影響高度調整順暢度
♦扭力不足:行駛中可能產生異音,高度設定容易跑掉
♦ 固定環,鎖緊時調整環與固定環對鎖即可請勿使用榔頭敲擊

請務必使用扭力扳手並依照建議數值操作,確保避震器作動正常與行車安全。

This is the correct position of the locking ring.
When tightening, simply lock the adjustment ring and locking ring against each other.
Don‘t use a hammer to strike or tighten.
【扭力磅數注意事項|避震器後軸】
在調整或安裝避震器時,扭力設定非常重要,過緊或過鬆都可能影響作動與零件壽命。

♦避震器後軸
•彈簧托盤建議扭力值:3–5 Nm

♦ 扭力過大:
•可能損壞螺紋
•影響高度調整順暢度

♦ 扭力不足:
•行駛中可能產生異音
•高度設定容易跑掉

請務必使用扭力扳手並依照建議數值操作,確保避震器作動正常與行車安全。
【技術小知識|這不是漏油,是潤滑與氣壓設計的結果!】

有車主反映避震器「好像有漏油」的狀況,但其實——
這並不是阻尼油洩漏,這其實是爲了潤滑避震器外管銅套的潤滑油。在使用一段時間或是劇烈操駕後 可能會有底部兩個排氣裝置產生油漬或受擠壓排出潤滑油。這屬於正常現像。
造成這個現象的原因是在組裝過程中會讓內部緩衝橡皮沾上潤滑油。而這些潤滑油在避震器工作的過程中會因爲緩衝橡皮受連續擠壓將這些潤滑油由透氣孔排出。

♦ 爲了讓倒置設計避震器作動更快速及耐用度 特別安裝了透氣孔。這個設計可以讓倒置避震器在作動時不會產生壓縮或真空效應。
♦ 內部充填 12–18 Bar 高壓氣體,若油封損壞,將會造成大量且快速的阻尼油噴出,絕不只是這種輕微的油漬。
♦  屬於正常現象,請放心使用,若仍有疑慮,建議清潔乾淨後觀察一段時間再判斷。

This is not damping oil leakage, but lubricating oil from the outer tube bushing of the shock absorber.
After a period of use or during intensive driving, a small amount of lubricating oil may be discharged from the bottom vent hole. This is a normal condition.
The reason is that during assembly, the internal bump rubber is coated with lubricating oil. When the bump rubber is compressed, the residual oil on its surface may be expelled through the vent hole.
【技術小知識|避震器漏油?其實是誤會一場!】

有車主反映避震器「好像有漏油」的狀況,但其實——
這並不是阻尼油洩漏,這其實是為了潤滑避震器外管銅套的潤滑油。在使用一段時間後會有油漬痕跡屬於正常現像。或是當你發現你的主軸上充滿油漬的時候,這是防塵蓋刮油環(橘色刮油環)有刮傷或髒污造成。

♦  本產品為 5100 倒置式避震器,圖中位置結構上並不會產生漏油。
♦  內部充填 12–18 Bar 高壓氣體,若油封損壞,將會造成大量且快速的阻尼油噴出,絕不只是這種輕微的油漬。
♦ 屬於正常現象,請放心使用,若仍有疑慮,建議清潔乾淨後觀察一段時間再判斷。

The 5100 is designed as an inverted shock absorber. The position shown in the
illustration is not prone to oil leakage. Any visible oil stains are considered normal.
This product is filled internally with high-pressure gas at 12–18 Bar. If the oil seal is damaged, it may result in rapid and significant leakage of the damping oil.
【技術說明|油漬判定說明】

所見油漬屬正常現象。
於組裝過程中,避震器外部可能會殘留些許阻尼油,在初期使用或安裝後顯現,並非漏油狀況。
♦  此現象不影響避震器作動與性能,請安心使用。
♦ 若有疑慮,建議清潔後觀察一段使用時間再進行判斷。

The observed oil residue is a normal condition.
A small amount of damping oil may remain from the assembly process and can appear after installation or initial use. This does not indicate an oil leak.
【安裝注意事項|羊角固定螺絲扭力設定】
在安裝或調整避震器時,羊角(轉向節)固定螺絲的扭力設定非常關鍵,請務必依照原廠規範操作。

♦  重要提醒
羊角固定螺絲請依 原廠指定扭力值 鎖上,請勿鎖過緊

♦  若扭力過大,可能導致:
•避震器桶身變形
•避震器汽缸與桶身產生摩擦
•進而造成零件受損與異音產生

避震器屬高精度零件,任何不當施力都可能影響其結構與作動表現。
請務必使用 扭力扳手 並依規範施工,以確保性能與耐用度。

♦   未依照安裝指示操作,造成毀損,恕不做保固。
【安裝注意事項|外掛氣瓶固定位置】

請務必將氣瓶固定於正確位置。
嚴禁固定於氣瓶中間位置,否則容易造成氣瓶本體受力不均,導致損壞。

Ensure the external reservoir is mounted in the correct position.
Do not mount it in the middle section, as this may cause damage to the reservoir.

 未依照安裝指示操作而造成之損壞,恕不在保固範圍內。
【技術小知識|用束帶測避震器行程?可能害你漏油!】
很多車友會在避震器軸芯上綁束帶,透過束帶位置變化來測量避震行程。雖然簡單,但這樣的做法會帶來嚴重後果:
♦   刮傷軸芯鍍層 → 油封密合度下降
♦    摩擦與擠壓防塵套 → 加速老化變形
♦   高壓阻尼油外洩 → 避震器性能快速衰退

♦    更安全的量測方法:
使用避震器專用行程感測器
在避震器外管或其他固定位置做測量標記

避免任何物品直接接觸軸芯

避震器軸芯是高精度部件,任何細微損傷都可能影響壽命與性能。別讓一個小小的束帶,換來大筆維修費!
【安裝注意事項|Nissan R35】

Nissan R35 原廠上座需進行修改。
後軸原廠塔頂須將凸點磨除,以確保 AST 避震器可正確安裝並保有足夠間隙。

For Nissan R35, the OEM rear top mount must be modified prior to installing AST suspension.
Please grind off the raised section on the rear shock tower to ensure proper fitment and adequate clearance.

請由具備專業設備與經驗之技師進行施工。
未依照安裝指示操作,造成產品毀損,恕不在保固範圍內。
【安裝須知|AST 5200 / 5300 Series(BMW G80 / G82)】

由於 G80 / G82 車型避震器塔的結構設計,在安裝 AST 5200 / 5300 系列避震器時,氣瓶油管的走向與固定方式必須依照下方圖示操作。

♦   重要提醒,若未依照正確方式進行安裝,可能導致:
•連接阻尼器與氣瓶之間的油管受拉或損壞
•避震器上座周圍拉桿、支架產生干涉或磨損進而影響避震器作動與行車安全

♦   請務必由具備專業經驗的技師進行安裝,並於安裝完成後確認油管走向與活動間隙。
♦   因未依照安裝指示操作而造成之損壞,恕不在保固範圍內。

正確的安裝方式,是確保避震器性能與耐用度的關鍵。

螺絲膠溫度範圍
